Wines and Flavours
The Veronese valleys are famous for the quality and variety of their wines (red wines like Valpolicella, Amarone, Recioto and white wines like Soave, Custoza) and also for their unmistakable cheese, such as Monte Veronese cheese, porduced in the Lessinia mountains, the famous extra -virgin olive oil form the olive trees in Mezzane, the typical Vialone Nano rice from the southern side of the region.
