TRANSFERSWe can provide private buses and cars with driver upon request from the airport to the hotel and back.
TRANSLATOR/INTERPRETER
We can provide interpreters for assistance and translation during the ceremony and the prior official declaration required by the Italian Law. This declaration should be performed one or two days before the ceremony or directly the day of the wedding. This depends of the requirements made by the authorities in the sites where the ceremony is taking place.
WEDDING WITNESSES
During both civil and religious ceremonies 2 witnesses are required, one for the bride and one for the groom. They can be provided by our organization upon request.
DOCUMENTS
Most of the paperwork required is issued in the couple?s native country or homeland. Please be aware that all the paperwork will expire after 3 months from the date of issue. In Italy only a couple of papers have to be signed directly at the wedding hall of a couple of days before the ceremony. Passport, Certification of No Impediment and Nulla Osta must have the full name written exactly in the same manner or the paperwork will be refused. As far as the bride is concerned, her maiden name must be specified on all documents. As soon as we receive copy of all the paperwork, it will be forwarded in advance to the authorities in order to make the bureaucratic side of the wedding easier.
WEDDING CERTIFICATES
Civil weddings are normally recognized in the couple?s native country or homeland and they will receive an international multi-language certificate which can be registered in their home city. Only one copy of the wedding certificate is usually issued by the Italian authorities. As it might take time to obtain extra copies once the couple have returned to their country, we suggest you organize them in advance.
WEDDING HALLS AND CHURCHES
Civil weddings are performed in beautiful wedding halls approved by the local authorities. Religious Catholic and Protestant weddings are held in small and bigger churches in the centre of Verona or Lake Garda and Valpolicella area.
WEDDING RECEPTION
We have selected the most renowned locations, from the most renowned restaurants to ancients villas and castles in Verona and surroundings for the wedding receptions. Together with the chefs we can choose among the many proposals of the Italian Cuisine, a full selection of menus is available and specific ones can be created upon request.
HOTEL ACCOMODATION
Booking for hotel accommodation will be provided according to the minimum stay necessary for wedding formalities. We have selected a wide range of accommodations, from luxury hotels to holiday farms and Countyside Charming Resorts. We will also arrange accommodation for friends and relatives.
BRIDE'S BOUQUET AND FLOWER DECORATIONS
Our expert flower designers will create a unique and elegant flower bouquet according to the bride?s indications, as well as the flower decorations for the ceremony and reception.
HAIR STYLIST AND MAKE-UP
We will be able to offer the best hair stylist in town who will come directly to your hotel and will help you out choosing the best style since they are used to work during fashion shows.
Our make-up artists are carefully selected and will make the bride radiant for the most exciting day of her life.
PHOTO SERVICE
Creò Events will provide a complete photo service to capture all the moments of the preparation, the ceremony and reception.
MUSIC
During the ceremony and reception musicians can be hired upon request.
