Wine Tasting Courses
In the area of Verona, especially in Valpolicella, we can organize wine tasting courses held by enologists or sommeliers in cooperation with the best wineries of the area.
You will be able to learn the producing techniques and distinguish all the various flavours when tasting a wine. Our professional staff will also help and will learn the producine tecniques. You will also learn how to combine the wine with food and how to serve the wine you are tasting.
THE CELLAR (1/2 hr.)
Visit of the cellar and guided wine tasting. Min. 4 – Max 25 participants
VINEYARD (1 hr.)
Depending on the weather conditions, it is also possible to visit the vineyards in the Valpolicella area.
SMALL TASTINGS
This small tasting will also give the possibility of pairing the wine with local cheese, salami and ham. Min. 10 – Max 25 participants.
